Moved here for a faculty year at Ole Miss. Ten minutes to campus down Old Taylor, walkable to Rowan Oak trails, and the golf simulator is a ridiculous perk in the best way.

Attached garage was the deciding factor — no scraping frost in January. Wish guest parking were closer to the back buildings, but management is responsive.
